Due to the nature of our products, postage via mail or courier is not possible (except for jerky), therefore we deliver every order ourselves.
We now deliver to certain postcodes on certain days of the month, therefore please check below when delivery to YOUR postcode is scheduled for.
I will post the exact dates of delivery regularly and when the orders need to be placed.
If your greedy paws cannot wait, you can always choose to have your treaties delivered with 2-4 days (any postcode from the list). However if the minimum order is not met (currently £20) then the delivery charge is £3.99. Please choose "Delivery anywhere within 1-2- days" at checkout.
Please ensure that you are present at the address to collect the parcel. We will inform you when the parcel has been dispatched and when you can expect the delivery. If you are not present at the address, please instruct us via e-mail email@example.com where the parcel should be left. Due to the nature of the content, parcels cannot be returned back. Note: We do not take responsibility for parcels left in a location different than the address.

Once your order has been placed it is considered to be a confirmed contract between you and Greedy Paws. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us confirming your purchase.
We will notify you of any product containing nuts. However, since our kitchens do handle nuts we cannot guarantee that traces of nuts will not be found in our products and therefore we do not accept any liability for any damage to health or any distress caused to you or your dog by the consumption of such products. All ingredients are listed on the product specific page. If you or your dog is allergic to any of the ingredients, please let us know. We do not accept any liability for any damage to health or any distress caused to you or your dog resulting from the consumption of any of our products.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the products the customer has 24 hours from the day they receive the goods (the conclusion of the contract) to request a refund (cancel the contract). This cancellation request must be sent via email to email@example.com. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, or we have sent you the wrong item in error please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Exemptions to the right to cancel include products made to the customers own specifications such as personalised cakes.
We are required by law to have our products tested for both Salmonella and Enterobacteriaceae. In the event of presence of any of the above, our products will be recalled. This will be announced on our website as well as social media.
We have the right to withdraw any product from our website for any reason without notice to you and you agree that we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or cost as a result of such unavailability.
We shall not be liable to you for the failure of any equipment, data processing system or transmission link and will not be liable to you as a result of any down-time which may occur on this website.

All pricing information is correct at the time of purchasing. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers. If prices change after you have competed you purchase but not received the items, we will not honour the new prices.
All products and delivery charges are not subject to UK VAT.
The statutory time limit of 30 days is provided to complete an order contract, unless both parties agree to a different time period.
You are welcome to contact us prior to ordering to check for availability, however, if any products are out of stock at the time of purchase, we will inform the customer and refund the cost of the item if the customer is not happy to wait for the product available dispatch date.
